  • What are the services that will be activated on my line once activated?

    All Internet local and international calls will be activated. *Roaming voice and data will not be activated to activated them they should be requested officially by the Authorized person.
    Roaming Voice and Data services will be active on Zain Business 350 and 750

  • How billing is done and what is the tolerance period before dunning the lines?

    The bill is issued each 16th of month. It is required to be paid within 21 days to avoid any disconnection. You can pay the bills through SADAD service and to enquire about it the authorized person should call 14477.

  • Is there a carry-over policy for the monthly freebies (Minutes, SMS, Data)?

    No carry over policy will be applied for the monthly freebies, subscriber will lose any remaining balance at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Can I migrate between the New Zain Business Packages?

    Yes, you can migrate to the bundles anytime you want, if the bundle has a higher monthly fee. In case you want to migrate to a lower monthly fee, there should be no device subsidy provided on the existing bundle

  • What are the countries that I can call from the international bundle?

You will be charged with the same bundle tariffs even without the mobile network availability. This feature is available for these bundles using iPhone handsets, and some Huawei and Four Handsets

    You can add or delete any service by calling the Authorized Person.

  • What is the Mult-SIM feature, and is it free of charge?

    Zain Business allows you to have multiple SIM cards to the same line. These SIM cards could be used for local data from the same main bundle or from the add-on data bundles. These Multi SIMs have a monthly fee of 10 SAR per additional SIM for Business 180 and Business 350. and Free of Charge for Business 750.

  • Can I use the additional SIMs while roaming?

    No. Only local internet usage can be used (while in the Kingdom). Neither the original roaming bundle nor the roaming add-ons on the main line can be used

  • How can I order the Additional SIMs?

    These additional SIM cards could be asked through the authorized person.
