Vendor Registration Requirements

To start our relationship and to successfully complete your registration, please note that it is mandatory to read, adhere to and upload your compliance to the following. 

Vendor Registration Guide: this guide provides a detailed walkthrough of the registration process and the essential documentations required. Prospective vendors can download the Vendor Registration Guide available here to begin the registration on the Portal by clicking on Access Vendor Management System.

  • Non-Disclosure Undertaking (NDU): All business with Zain KSA mandates your compliance with this document. Please review and sign the NDU available here.
     
  • Human Rights Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct: At Zain KSA, we are committed to upholding the principles of Human Rights and maintaining the highest ethical standards, and we take pride in working with vendors who share the same principles. Please carefully read the Human Rights and Code of Conduct information before signing the Human Rights Policy form available here and the Code of Conduct form available here. Your signature will indicate your agreement to abide by these principles. 
     
  • Stakeholder Disclosure Form: Please review and sign the form available here

    • How can I initiate the vendor registration process? 
      The vendor registration is an online process that needs to be completed on the Portal (Vendor Management System), please review the vendor registration guide for more details on the steps and information or documentation required to complete the registration.   

     

    • Are there any other ways to become a registered vendor? For example, can I email or set up a meeting?
      No. Kindly note that the only way to become a registered vendor at Zain KSA is to follow the above-mentioned steps and be in full compliance of the requirements before submitting the registration form on the Portal.

     

    • I am encountering an error that the Commercial Registration, company name or email used in registration already exist. What should I do? 
      Your company might already be registered, please contact the Vendor Management team by providing them with Commercial Registration number to retrieve your vendor account and give you access to the Portal.
       
    • Is it possible to submit the Human Rights Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct, or NDU later?
      No. You will not be able to submit your registration for approval if you do not upload the signed aforementioned documents. 
       
    •  What are the videos and why are they important?
      The videos are part of our Corporate Sustainability efforts to operate responsibly and embed ESG across our value chain therefore we kindly ask that you view them and help us to mutually achieve our ESG objectives.
       
    • Is it possible to amend our details once registered?
      You can amend the information if the registration is a draft stage. If the registration is submitted and under review by the Vendor Management team, you can contact them to make the edits or send the registration back to you. If the registration is approved, you will have the login credentials to access the vendor profile on the Portal to make the edits. 
       
    • What if I forget my password, do I need to create a new vendor registration
      During the registration process, the prospective vendor does not have login credentials, you can access the registration using the link only. In the case you misplace the link, you do not need to create a new vendor registration and you can contact the Vendor Management team by giving them the registered company name and they will push for the system to send you the link in an automated email.
