How to get the service

  • Visit your nearest Zain store.
  • Add AppleCare+ service once you buy a new postpaid line with an iPhone device.
  • Choose your subscription type “one-time payment, or monthly-pay plan”.
  • To benefit from the service, please visit any of Apple authorized maintenance centers.

Additional information

  • Service coverage is available only for iPhone and its original included accessories or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements. There are no service fees for mechanical failures. The back glass damage service fee is only available for iPhone 12,  iPhone 13, and iPhone 14 models.   • AppleCare+ coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date, the service cover a maximum of two cases of accidental damage every 12 months, each subject to a service fee of SAR 99 for screen or glass damage, or SAR 349 ​​for other incidental damages, plus applicable taxes.
  • It is a service that allows the subscriber to extend the warranty granted to his Apple device to include malfunctions, breakage and any other repairs not covered by the basic warranty that the customer gets when purchasing the device. The warranty period included in the Apple Care Plus service is two full years from the moment of subscription to the service.

  • Customer will enjoy two years of peace of mind when subscribing to the service, as Apple will provide expert technical support and coverage for device parts, including coverage for a maximum of two cases of accidental damage every 12 months, each subject to a service fee of SAR 99 for screen or glass damage, or SAR 349 for other incidental damages, plus applicable tax. Features of the service:

    • Priority to communicate with Apple experts via chat or by phone.
    • Same-day service in most major cities around the world.
    • In-Store Repair Service: Take your iPhone to an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
  • The customer can subscribe to the service if he/she purchases a new voice package from the Shabab and Black packages that contain an iPhone, or any other new package that includes an iPhone, where the customer can then request to subscribe to the Apple Care Plus service for his new device.

  • There are two types of subscriptions that the customer can join within the Apple Care Plus service, according to the payment method chosen by the customer:

    • Payment for the service for one time only to protect the device for two years.
    • Monthly payments to protect the device for two years.
  • Currently, Points of Sale (POS) is the option available to the customer to subscribe to Apple Care Plus service once he/she purchases a new voice package with his iPhone.

  • The customer can cancel the subscription from the Apple Care Plus service at any time he/she wants.


    In the event that 30 days or less have passed from subscribing to the service, the customer can visit one of the main Zain branches, and the request will be processed within a maximum working week, and the amount paid to the customer will be returned as a balance in his account.


    In the event that more than 30 days have passed since subscribing to the service, the customer must contact Apple Support to cancel his subscription, and part of the paid amount will be deducted, according to the service subscription period.

  • The customer can cancel the subscription from the Apple Care Plus service at any time he/she wants during the subscription.


    In the event that 30 days or less have passed since subscribing to the service, the customer can visit one of Zain’s main branches and submit a request to cancel the subscription, and the amount paid to the customer will be returned as a balance in his/her account after processing the request within a week from the date the request is sent.


    In the event that more than 30 days have passed after subscribing to the service, the customer can visit one of Zain’s main branches and submit a request to cancel the subscription, after processing the request within a week from the date of sending the request, and the request will not be added other subscription fees on his bill after the cancellation date.
