- You will earn 5 Mokafaa points for every 1 SAR for postpaid voice lines.
- You must link your postpaid line to your existing Mokafaa wallet to start earning the points, and if you have multiple postpaid lines, you must link every line separately.
- The mobile number provided to link to earning Mokafaa points must be registered with Mokafaa.
- The earning mechanism is only available for postpaid packages and customers with an existing Mokafaa wallet.
- You can earn points only if you have a postpaid line and settle your invoices via Zain app only.
- The validity of the earned points is as per standard Mokafaa terms and conditions.
- Earning Mokafaa points only applies to postpaid voice package prices without VAT and not to other categories like devices, non-telco services, and add-on services to the bill.
- Postpaid data lines are not eligible to earn Mokafaa points.
- You will receive your Mokafaa points within 24 hours of paying the bill.
- No points can be added to any invoice settled before linking the postpaid line to Mokafaa or if Zain app was not used during the payment process.
- To earn reward points, the entire invoice must be paid in a single payment. Making partial payments or using Mokafaa points will disqualify you from earning points.
- You cannot earn points on business lines.
- All Zain and Mokafaa terms and conditions apply.

- Each package has a specific number of welcome points: (45,000 points for Postpaid 180, 62,500 points for Postpaid 250, 105,000 points for Postpaid 420, 162,500 points for Postpaid 650, and 250,000 points for the Black package).
- The offer is valid for new, existing, and port-in customers from other operators on the specified packages.
- If the customer does not link their Zain number to their Mokafaa wallet through the app and pays their bill, they are not entitled to claim the points.
- The device value must be higher than 1,725 Saudi Riyals inclusive of tax for the customer to qualify for earning welcome points.
