Zain SA Hosts the Latest Telecom Service Providers Communication Reinforcement Workshop.

Zain SA held the 5th workshop of the initiative titled “Toward Better Customer Service through Enhancing Communication with Telecom Service Providers”. Said workshops are the kind that the Communications and Information Technology Commission is accustomed to holding periodically, attended by a finely selected group of specialists, representing the telecommunication service providers across Saudi Arabia.

These workshops aim to help deliver better customer service and come up with adequate solutions to customer complaints. In fact, these workshops have contributed to a reduction in the number of complaints in the first quarter of 2018 in addition to supporting the digital transformation of telecommunication services.

Zain SA’s commitment to actively participate in the workshops on “Enhancing Communication with Telecom Service Providers” is a reflection of the company’s placing a great deal of emphasis on improving its services, as well as supporting the digital transformation for telecom service providers.

Zain SA was represented by the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer, Mr Yahya Saleh Almansour, at the workshop that was held on Wednesday, December 12, in Fairmont - Riyadh. Moreover, The Compliance General Manager, Mr Faris Mohammed Alribdi, confirmed at the end of aforementioned workshop that Zain SA will spare no effort toward upgrading its services in a way that fulfills the expectations and desires of its valued customers.

He went on to point out that the tangible success achieved by these workshops comes as an anticipated result of the keen interest exhibited by the Communications and Information Technology Commission as well as that of the service providers in such workshops, which add value to the telecommunication sector in Saudi Arabia.
