Zain KSA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment. The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration to empower deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, advance their digital inclusion, and improve their quality of life and societal participation.

The agreement reflects the shared commitment of both parties to supporting individuals with hearing impairment, raising public awareness on effective engagement with the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, and addressing common misconceptions. Areas of collaboration extend to observing international days, awareness campaigns, and educational initiatives.

The partnership aims to provide Zain KSA employees with sign language training, helping enhance the experience of customers and employees with hearing impairment. It will also support efforts to make Zain KSA’s audiovisual content more accessible.
