Zain KSA Subscribers Honors the Customer Care Employees
Zain KSA has launched its interactive customer care program which enables customers to participate in honoring and motivating customer care employees by their assessment when contacting the customer service center (959).
The company lately held a concert to honor the best employees who received the highest evaluation by subscribers in the presences of those who participated and contributed to the evaluation.
Such initiative comes as a part of the company’s quest to achieve new levels of excellence in customer care center that are based on forming an interactive relation with the network users, aligned with its strive to develop all its technical and customer care services.
This program comes along with several other programs in Zain to enhance, promote and develop the service levels provided to subscribers in order to be aligned with the communication revolution and services around the world.
It is important to note that Zain has worked on expanding its customers service platforms through calling the number 959, or visiting one of Zain world branches that are spread over the regions of the kingdom, or through the official company’s website on ww.sa.zain.com, or through the social accounts of the company on Facebook (Zain KSA) and twitter @ZainHelpSA
Mr. Hassan Kabbani, Zain KSA CEO thanked HRH Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah, for providing the company with the opportunity to contribute in taking care of pilgrims and in the success of such important project.
Mr. Kabbani said: “Zain is keen to be present and to support all national events and activities especially in the seasons of Hajj and Umrah through providing all the human, financial and technical potentials of the company to serve Hajj and pilgrims”

Hajj Awareness Campaign aims at consolidating the Islamic culture through adhering to the rules and general behaviors for this year’s Hajj and Umra season that are established by the Emara of Makkah Region.
