Zain KSA Launched Recruitment Campaign Attracting Saudi Youth
A new recruitment campaign was launched by Zain KSA, which focuses on offering job opportunities to specialized Saudi youth by announcing its vacancies in local newspapers and social communication sites.
Zain is now receiving employment applications on its website, a feature which will be permanently available at all times. Applicants will be able to choose a specific position or department and enroll at any time, given the company’s interest in employing talented and qualified Saudi youths of both genders in the coming period.
This campaign is part of the company’s constant efforts to rely on competent Saudi youth, by implementing plans and programs designed to include large numbers of technical and administrative professional citizens. These efforts led to the company maintaining its position in the Premium range of the Nitaqat rating program issued by the Ministry of Labor, after scoring high Saudization rates.
Apart from recruiting campaigns, Zain KSA also launched several training programs for undergraduates since it first entered the Saudi market, including the University Development Program, (Rowad Program), (Shabab Tamouh), and (4G Engineers). This all comes as part of Zain’s belief in social responsibility, and the importance of supporting Saudi youth with diverse working experiences through specialized human development programs.
