Zain KSA has reported an increase in the service provided for pilgrims in Makkah and the holy sites, which included roaming, data transfer (broadband), international and local call as well as text and multimedia messages. 

The company network witnessed a noticeable increase in data service usage during Arafa day by %350 for the same period of last year, in addition to a %27 growth in users. Furthermore, the company also recorded an increase in the roaming users on its network exceeding %50. 

 The company noted it has provided 4G/LTE network in the holy sites for the second year in raw, while increasing the capacity for data, and updating communication stations systems in Makkah and the holy sites, which contributed to the growth in service usage.

It is noteworthy that the increase in the rates of network users that is witnessed by Zain KSA in this year hajj season is in conjunction with a total stability and effective performance through a distinctive well established network
