His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region honored Zain KSA during Al-Muftaha Award ceremony. This came following the company’s participation as a diamond sponsor to Abha Summer Festival for the fourth year in a row.

Eng. Farhan bin Naif Al-Faisal Al-Jarbaa, Chairman of Zain KSA Board of Directors received the honorary award.

Following the ceremony Eng. Al-Faisal Al-Jarbaa said: “Abha Summer Festival has a great impact on the Kingdom’s social and tourism scene, taking place at one of the most important tourist regions in Saudi Arabia which attracts thousands of local and foreign tourists annually”.

“Zain KSA sponsored this festival as part of its belief in the importance of supporting and developing programs that boost the domestic tourism sector”, he added.

It’s worth mentioning that Al-Muftaha Award is one of the main associated events of Abha festival, and is given annually by the Governorate of Asir to individuals or organizations, in recognition of their outstanding contributions in various social fields including education and social services.
