In order to provide them with the best services, we have created a new rewards program “Zain Plus” which allows each and every customer to earn points and redeem them for a variety of Zain Plus rewards that best suit their needs.

 Zain Plus Rewards Program Membership Levels
One of the main features of Zain Plus Rewards Program is that it is designed to honor the loyalty of our customers by granting them more luxury through the services and innovative features that would be enjoyed exclusively through this program. Zain Plus offers 3 different membership levels which are granted to customers based on the total bills’ value during the past 3 months.

Silver Level: The first level in Zain Plus Program. It includes all current customers or any new customer. Silver customers get points for each 5 Riyal consumed.

Gold Level: Dedicated to Zain’s special customers with an average consumption rate of SAR 450 per month. Customers with a Gold membership will receive up to additional 20% bonus points for each 5 Riyal consumed compared to the Silver category.- postpaid only

Platinum Level: Designed to meet the needs of our elite customers with an average consumption rate of SAR 450 per month for prepaid lines and SAR 1350 for postpaid lines. Customers with a Platinum membership will receive up to additional 30% bonus points for each 5 Riyal consumed compared to the Silver level.
