“Zain KSA” Present the New Service Delivery Platform to its Partners
Zain KSA organized a workshop to introduce the new operating system for content services (Service Delivery Platform). The workshop was attended by several partners of Zain’s added value services who gathered to be introduced to the new system launched by Zain KSA in cooperation with Huawei.
The workshop highlighted the activation process and how to transfer all interaction services, content services and mobile phone applications. The company also showed how to reach the desired outcome by using the new system which highly facilitates launching added services, and in turn will contribute to enriching user satisfaction by offering valuable added services, along with improving and promoting leading content services already offered by Zain KSA since its first commercial launch in the Saudi market. 
This step is part of the company’s aim to increase the number of added services offered to subscribers, which currently includes several interactive SMS channels of variant content, in addition to smartphone applications, entertainment services such as the caller ringtone service “Sam3hoom”, live TV broadcast and many others.
