Zain KSA completes all preparations for Hajj

Zain KSA has recently completed all preparations needed to welcome pilgrims of the upcoming 1434 Hajj season. The company confirmed that all technical services are set and ready in order to ensure a steady performance of the highest quality, in light of extreme network pressure seen in Makkah, Madina and the rest of Hajj areas.

Mr. Saud Al Bawardi, Chief Operation Officer in Zain KSA, stated that the company has allocated service areas in all land, air and marine ports to provide its services to the pilgrims, in addition to all Miqat stations leading to the Holy Mosque. These efforts are made to ensure the network is accessible to as many pilgrims as possible, and provide them with all calls and data services.

Mr. Al Bawardi added that the company registered high numbers of network usage throughout this year, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. These numbers were accompanied by a completely stable network performance. This comes as part of Zain KSA’s goal to provide for all of its subscribers and Hajj pilgrims, and allow them a chance to contact their families through the latest network in the kingdom.

It is worth noting that Zain Ksa has completed all preparations for this Hajj season, in a constant effort to serve pilgrims particularly during the Hajj season. Since it was first launched in the Saudi market, Zain Ksa strived to keep pace with the service development provided by the Saudi Government to ensure the comfort of pilgrims every year.
