Zain KSA started expanding its list of direct sales services offered to its subscribers. A team of 600 men and women in 26 different cities around the Kingdom are working on offering all services directly to subscribers both at their homes or workplace. 

Saudi female workers form more than 20% of the direct sales team;their main role is offering Zain services to women only by facilitating the access ofbusiness women and women of any other sector to the company’s services. Among the services offered by the team representatives is on spot service activation, and the ability to pay in cash or use one of the automated paying devices found with representatives.

Direct Services team can supply subscribers with all the services found in Zain flagships, which include postpaid and 4G data packages, in addition to direct access to the latest smartphones, routers and 4G MiFi devices. Subscribers can also enjoy Zain’s latest offers on all packages directly through the representatives, as well as testing the network coverage in the subscribers’ standing area which allows them to instantly view the network’s power and data speed.
