In line with its growth strategy which seeks to elevate its customer experience through deploying premium digital services, Zain KSA has partnered up with Netcracker to enhance its commercial business support system (BSS) and facilitate its operations with advanced digital and cloud-based solutions. Zain KSA will create the foundation for automated network slicing within its core 5G environment which will eventually support its entire network at a later stage. Netcracker’s Operations Support System (OSS) will also enhance Zain KSA’s capabilities in managing its virtual network more efficiently and delivering seamless multivendor services.

Furthermore, Zain KSA will benefit in various areas supported by the Netcracker Digital BSS, such as Customer Management, Revenue Management, Product Management and Channel Management. By integrating the system into Zain KSA’s advanced cloud infrastructure, the solution will provide Zain KSA with a single platform to achieve digital transformation across all payment channels and optimize its support for B2C and B2B customers.
