Tiago Rocha joined Zain KSA as Chief Marketing Officer in September 2020. In his role, Tiago leads the commercial digital transformation that the company is undergoing to provide Zain customers with the best CX journey and innovative products and services, ultimately, positioning the company as the leading digital services provider in the Kingdom. He drives the market in all its segments with a focus on 5G as the main tech enabler for the future of the country.
Tiago Rocha brings to Zain over 13 years of experience in Marketing, S&D strategies, brand positioning, customer experience, digital transformation, and others to name a few. His previous roles include principal at Oliver Wyman, Senior Engagement Manager at Delta Partners, Board Advisor for Emerge Solutions Group and Marketing and Strategy Planning Director at Movicel.
Tiago Rocha holds a Business Administration degree from ISCTE Business School and an executive MBA from ISCTE Business School.
