Loluwah AlNowaiser was entrusted to lead the HR Division as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources , in March 2024. She leads the Talent Management Department, including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Training and Development, as well as creating clear career paths to provide the Company with a sustainable competitive advantage. She also leads the compensation and benefits, and HR operations to enhance the employee experience within the Company, in addition to improving the internal HR Policies, and ensuring compliance with governmental and organizational regulations.

AlNowaiser started her career with Zain KSA in 2014 and occupied several management roles in planning and development; the last of which was her role as the Talent Management General Manager. Before joining Zain KSA, AlNowaiser had occupied a vital role in the HR Division at a major international trading corporation, PEPSICO.

AlNowaiser holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University, alongside several accredited training certificates in HR, and business management.
