Loluwah AlNowaiser was entrusted to lead the HR Division as the Acting Human Resources Vice President in 2021. Which entails managing the Talent Management Department, including Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition and Training and Development and as well as creating clear career paths to provide the company with a sustainable competitive advantage. As she also leads the compensation and benefits, and HR operations functions to enhance the employee experience within the organization, in addition to improving the internal HR Policies ensuring compliance with governmental and organizational regulations.
Prior to her assignment, AlNowaiser lead several transformation projects on a divisional and company-wide levels which have contributed to the success of achieving Zain's corporate strategy. She started her professional career with Zain KSA in 2014 and she occupied several management roles in planning and development; last of which was her role as the Talent Management General Manager. Before joining Zain KSA, AlNowaiser was occupying an active role at the Human Resources Division at one of the major international trading corporations (PEPSICO).
AlNowaiser holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from King Saud University, alongside several accredited training certificates in HR, and business management.
