Zain KSA signs three year managed service contract with ASCOM

Zain KSA announced the signing of a three year managed services contract with ASCOM Network Testing, to improve its inbound and outbound roaming services, as well as perform VAS, Application, and Regression Testing & Troubleshooting.
As part of the agreement, Ascom deployed its TEMS™ Monitor Master solution to enable Zain KSA to test and monitor their services and international roaming scenarios for enhanced user experience, offering the best quality network, ensuring customers’ satisfaction and helps improve roaming revenues
The solution was deployed in six different locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 25 international destinations, Zain KSA is able to perform 24x7 monitoring of services & applications, Eng. Sultan Abdulaziz Al Deghaither , Zain’s Senior Network Director commented “Offering customers the best quality network is of the utmost importance to us. Using Ascom’s solution allows us to monitor our customers’ experience.
