Zain KSA 4G network reports a significant Usage Growth in Tarwiyah and Arafa

 

Zain KSA has reported an increase in the service provided for pilgrims in Makkah and the holy sites, which included roaming, data transfer (broadband), international and local call as well as text and multimedia messages.

The company network witnessed a noticeable increase in data service usage during the days of Arafa and Tarwiyah by %200 for the same period of last year. Furthermore, the company also recorded an increase in the proportion of voice calls that exceeded %40.

 The company noted it has provided 4G/LTE network in the holy sites,  increased the capacity for data, and set numerous communication stations in Makkah and the holy sites, which contributed to the growth in data transferring and allowed pilgrims to perform millions of calling minutes per hour.

It is noteworthy that the increase in the rates of network users that is witnessed by Zain KSA in this year hajj season is in conjunction with a total stability and effective performance through a distinctive well established network
