Zain KSA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Elisa Polystar to enhance the use of AI technologies to enhance Zain KSA’s 5G network user experience. Through this collaboration, Zain KSA will redefine the operational landscape of digital services leveraging Elisa Polystar’s platforms in synergy with Zain KSA’s extensive 5G network and rich data resources. The MoU was signed during LEAP 2024 tech event, held in Riyadh from March 5 to 7.

Commenting on the agreement, Chief Operating Officer, Eng. Abdul Rahman Al-Mufadda, stated: “The strategic collaboration is part of Zain KSA’s plan to enhance the operational efficiency of our 5G network through investing in cutting-edge technology. Integrating Gen AI, this partnership underscores Zain KSA’s commitment to driving forward the Kingdom’s telecommunications industry through investments in innovation and AI technology. This collaboration is set to contribute to driving nationwide digital transformation and position the Kingdom as a global tech hub in line with Saudi Vision 2030.”

By utilizing Elisa Polystar’s digital capabilities, Zain KSA will unlock valuable and actionable insights into user preferences through a seamless exploration of subscribers’ digital behaviors. This will help Zain KSA design targeted programs and services and personalized offers that resonate with individual subscriber needs and aspirations.
