Zain KSA Signs MoU with Princess Nourah University Advancing Women’s Participation and Building Digital Capabilities

Zain KSA, the leading digital services provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) to develop specialized education and training programs to enhance women’s participation in the technology sector. The agreement focuses on developing national talent by building future-ready skills to meet the requirements of digital transformation and the evolving job market.

The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC), held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. It emphasizes knowledge exchange and the implementation of collaborative models across education and capacity building, supporting the development of human capital in technology and digital transformation.

Dr. Dunia bint Abulaziz Alfarraj , Dean of Student Affairs at PNU, said: “This partnership underscores the importance of closer collaboration between academia and the private sector through education and training initiatives that build and enhance skills and capabilities and deliver educational outcomes aligned with job market needs.”

Zain KSA offers training programs to Saudi university students as part of its efforts to attract qualified national talent. These programs provide workplace training and development opportunities, in addition to creating career pathways that support talent localization and capability building.
