Zain-KSA recently participated in “the National Recreational Festival for People with Disabilities.” This is a testimony to Zain KSA’s commitment to social responsibility programs, including those aimed at with people disabilities.

The Company made its presence felt on “The International Day of Persons with Disabilities,” an annual event that occurs on December 3rd. Upon this occasions, Zain KSA sent text messages to its customers, urging them to donate to the Association for Children with Disabilities. Zain KSA also used its social media accounts to circulate similar messages.

In this regard, His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development, Dr. Abdullah Abu-Ithnein, commended Zain KSA for its active role in the aforementioned festival; an accolade that was followed by the Company’s press release to highlight that its participation in this festival was merely a part of a bigger mission which is meant to support all segments of society, especially that of the people with disabilities.

This coincides with the company’s launching its own “People with Disabilities” package, designed specifically for this dearly beloved community.

Zain KSA reiterated that it “supports all efforts made to activate the role of the private sector in terms of social responsibility programs," , while adding that "The company has a myriad of programs aimed at serving all segments  and components of society. These programs are part of the company’s message to leave its mark on the map of social responsibility, in order for it to harmonize with Vision 2030. The Vision, in turn, requires activation of national companies in supporting social responsibility programs "and that the company will spare neither effort nor time as it works tirelessly to finally make this happen.”.
