What the customer spend in the weekend, we will give him the double as a bonus.
What the customer spend in the weekend (Friday& Saturday) will have it double in the week days (Sunday to Thursday).
For Postpaid the rule is same but as a bonus amount will be deducted from his issued monthly bill.
Weekend period “On the customer”
Start at 12:00 a.m. Friday to Saturday11:59 p.m.
Weekdays “On Zain”
Start at 12:00 a.m. Sunday to Thursday 11:59 p.m.
This offer is including all Prepaid & Postpaid customer. Customers will get benefit from this offer all what the customer should do is to consume as much as he can in weekend to get the double in weekdays.
The customer can purchase this package from one of our shops or migrate from his current package via send Week to 712712.
All of customer’s consumptions are including in bonus calculation except these services are excluded from the bonus calculation: “Calls while roaming, Premium SMS, SMS to TV, RBT service fees (Monthly fees & the fees of buying new tone and MMS, internet).
The weekend days will start on Sunday at 12:00 AM till Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
The dedicated amount expires on Wednesday at 11:59 P.M for prepaid & postpaid lines.
If the customer exceeded the credit limit in weekend days the line will be suspended for outgoing calls and will get benefit from the dedicated amount unless he pay the due amount. And if he pay in the next week the dedicated amount
for the previous week will be useless.
In weekend days the customer credit limit will be increased based on the bonus that he will get in the weekend days beside the basic credit limit.
