Zain KSA participated in the events of the First National Forum for the employment of individuals with special needsheld under the auspices of  HRH Prince Khalid Bin Bandar Bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region, under the theme "My job is my security." The Forum, which took place at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, aims to provide a point of connection between special needs individuals and private sector companies in order to provide them with job opportunities and give them priority when filling available positions.

Zain KSA’s corner received a great turnout from individuals interested in applying for the available positions. Visitors were also introduced to the job and training opportunities offered by the company and ways to apply for them. The company’s participation in the forum is part of Zain’s belief in social responsibility, and the importance of supporting Saudi youth – especially those with special needs - with diverse working experiences through specialized human development programs.

Zain KSA had recently took part in several employment events in the Kingdom, including the 18th Career Day held by the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, and the Career Day of both King Fahad University and Imam Mohammed bin Saud University. The company also took part in the First Cooperative Training Exhibition organized by Al Yamamah University in Riyadh.

Since it was first commercially launched in the market, Zain KSA had been keen on attracting qualified Saudi youth of both genders, which contributed to it being in the Platinum range of the Nitaqat rating program issued by the Ministry of Labor, in addition to attracting a number of young talented university students to be trained in the working environment.
