Zain KSA presented the child winner Fahad Alhathoor of the Disabled Children Association with a special sports bike, after scoring first place in the disabled participants’ round in the open “My Bike” race, held by The Saudi My-bicycle Group in association with The Saudi Cycling Federation.

The company had given the chance to children of The Disabled Children Association to participate in the race using personalized wheelchairs. It also presented them with motivational gifts that encourage them to participate in public events. These efforts come in pursuance of the cooperation agreement joining the company with the association.

On another note, The Saudi Cycling Federationrecently honored Zain KSA for sponsoring the “My Bike” race and contributing to its success. The company had launched a campaign supporting the race through its accounts on Facebook (Zain KSA) and Twitter (@ZainKSA). This support is part of achieving the company’s goal of understanding the interests of Saudi youth, and contributing in national events that aim to providing youth in the Kingdom with an appropriate environment for practicing their hobbies.

This open amateur bicycle race (My Bike) is the first of its kind in the Kingdom in terms of organization and media coverage; it is also the first collaboration between the Saudi Cycling Federation and a voluntary association to hold a cycling race.
