Zain KSA powers Red Sea Global with First Unified Critical Communication System

Zain KSA, the leading telecom and digital services provider in Saudi Arabia, has unveiled the region’s first Unified Critical Communication System (UCCS). This pioneering system integrates three advanced solutions: Push-to-Talk (PTT), Air-to-Ground Communication, and Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) technology. In collaboration with visionary tourism developer Red Sea Global (RSG),  Zain KSA will deliver cutting-edge tailored connectivity solutions and digital services to support the construction and development of RSG destinations. 


This system integrates voice, video, geolocation, text messaging, and more into a single, seamless network, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity from any location while maintaining the highest standards of cybersecurity and data protection.

This groundbreaking regional system underscores Zain KSA’s commitment to quality investment in modern technologies that contribute to Saudi Vision 2030 by fostering nationwide digital transformation, a cornerstone of a digital economy. In a trailblazing achievement setting a new standard in innovation and technology, Zain KSA and RSG launched the world’s first zero-carbon 5G network at the Six Senses Southern Dunes resort in The Red Sea. This marks a significant advancement in reducing carbon emissions within the ICT sector.
