Zain KSA achieved a significant milestone in talent localization, earning the prestigious HRSD ‘Labor Award’ and securing its position as a national ICT leader. This recognition underscores the company's steadfast commitment to fostering innovation and nurturing growth within the industry to empower the Kingdom’s youth and tap into the potential of Saudi talent through specialized training and qualification programs.

The award was announced during the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC) held in Riyadh on December 13-14 by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD). Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, presented the award to Zain KSA CEO Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither.

Commenting on this award, Zain KSA’s CEO, Eng. Zain KSA has earned the HRSD Labor Award for ICT Talent Localization for the second year. The award is part of HRSD's ongoing initiatives to raise localization across enterprises. The company has recently received the "Best Diversity and Inclusion Program" award at the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit that took place in the region.
