Zain KSA announced that four teams from Saudi Arabia have qualified for the final stages of the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab competition for best start-up innovative and creative business ideas in the Arab world.

Saudi teams will be among 75 contesting teams from 15 Arab countries. The competition final winner’s ceremony will be held at the Symphony Style Hotel, Kuwait on 20 April 2015. Three teams from each track will be declared winners during the final awards ceremony on 20 April, which will coincide with the official opening of the eighth MIT Pan Arab two–day Conference organized by MIT Arab Alumni Association and MITEF Pan Arab.

During a workshop to be held in Kuwait from 16 April to 20 April, the 75 teams will undergo for a four-day intensive training session in order to receive further instruction on start-ups from trainers from Silicon Valley. The sessions will also extend to additional coaching and networking sessions with the business community in Kuwait, as well as regional and international participants.

Earlier this year, Zain Group detailed its partnership joining founding partner Abdul Latif Jameel Community Initiatives in the eighth edition of this year's competition. The three tracks that entrants applied for are: Ideas, Startups, and Social Entrepreneurship.
