Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Darrab, Governor of Communications and Information Technology Commission visited Zain KSA headquarter in Mina, where he looked over the latest preparations of Zain KSA for Hajj this year.

Dr. Al-Darrab was welcomed by Mr. Saud Al-Bawardi, Chief Operations Officer in Zain KSA. They discussed all the technical aspects during the meeting which included the success of the company in covering the holy sites with 4G/LTE network along with the emergency plans  to deal with any sudden technical defect with high efficiency.

The Governor has assured his keenness to upgrade all the services provided for the visitors of the sacred places in Makkah in these blessed days, and to increase the capacity of the company to suit the huge number of the holy sites visitors.

Moreover, the company clarified that the governor’s meeting with the telecommunication companies’ officials operating in Saudi Arabia stresses the keenness of leaders to provide the best services for the visitors of Makkah in all needed aspects which include the communication service that is considered as a priority and a necessity for each pilgrim.

Furthermore, Zain Ksa has expressed its thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Darrab for his visit and his constant keenness to provide the best and finest services for pilgrims in particular which stresses the keenness of leaders to provide the best services for the visitors of Makkah.
