    • The services which will be included in bonus calculation are all call, SMS local and international, MMS, internet usages And the service which will be excluded from bonus calculations are monthly fees  Calls while roaming, Premium SMS, SMS to TV and SMS informative channels, RBT service fees (Monthly fees & the fees of buying new tone)  and monthly fees for BB service”. 
    • The month on Zain will be depends on the customer’s consumption in his latest invoice. 
    • The customer must pay his invoice before 15 of the month to get the free month. 
    • The customer credit limit will be increased in the free month based on the bonus that he will get in the free month beside the basic credit limit
    • In case the credit limit didn’t increase in the free month, a ticket will be raised on the following CTI.
