• The 10/10 package give bonus for Prepaid and postpaid customers on daily basis, where this bonus is valid only during the day that it was given in

    • All of customer’s consumptions are include in bonus calculation except the services are excluded from the bonus calculation: “Calls while roaming, Premium SMS, SMS to TV and SMS informative channels, RBT service fees (Monthly fees & the fees of buying new tone), MMS
    • The day starts from 00:01AM till 11:59PM
    • The bonus is given on daily basis every time the customer reaches 10SAR of consumption
    • Call while Roaming, Premium services, RBT service fees and black berry service fees are excluded from the bonus/discount consumption
    • When you spend 10SAR during the same date, the customer will get bonus (postpaid) that equals 10SAR valid till the end of that day
    • MBB subscriptions can be renewed using free balance.
    • The rental fees for any service is not included in the bonus calculation (i.e. Blackberry and MBB fees) as it will not be considered as consumption from the customer’s main balance
    • The data billing scheme will be per 1024 KB 
    • The package rental Fees: 20 SAR
