Trade-In Program benefits:

  • Exchange your old Huawei router or Mi-Fi for the new Huawei 5G router CPE 5. And get a special discount up to 240 SAR on 5G Home packages when you trade in your old device.

How to benefit from the Trade-In program?

To benefit from the Trade-In program, please follow below steps:

  • Step 1: Bring your old Huawei device
  • Step 2: Visit your nearest Zain Main branch in Riyadh
  • Step 3: Ask the agent to replace your old Huawei device with a new Huawei 5G Router
  • Step 4: The Agent will check your device if eligible or not
  • Step 5: Choose one of the eligible packages and get the new Huawei 5G router and enjoy the discount on your monthly bill

Trade-In Program terms & conditions:

  • Only Huawei Routers are eligible for the Trade-In program
  • The old router must be from the eligible model list in the table (Please check the devices tables).
  • It is not necessary for the replaced old router device to be from Zain.
  • To benefit from the Trade-In program, the customer needs to subscribe or renew the contract on one of the eligible packages
  • Zain has the right to reject any device that does not meet the conditions
    • Q1: If the customer is not subscribed to one of Zain 5G Home packages, are they eligible to benefit the program? 
      A1: To benefit from the Trade-In offer, the customer needs to subscribe to one of the eligible packages which are 5G Home 24 months, 5G Home Movies 24 months, 5G Home premium 24 months
       
    • Q2: If the customer has a Huawei router or Mi-Fi purchased from outside Zain, can they benefit from the program?
      A2: Yes, customer can benefit from the Trade-In program once subscribed to one of the eligible packages which are ,5G Home 24 months, 5G Home Movies 24 months, 5G Home Premium 24 months
       
    • Q3: Existing customer on one of the 5G Home packages but not from the eligible package, how can they benefit from the Trade-In offer?
      A3: Customer can benefit from the offer when they change their package to one of the eligible packages.
       
    • Q4: Can the customer benefit from the offer and get the discount and new device without subscribing to a package?
      A4: Customer can benefit from the offer when subscribing to one of the eligible packages 
       
    • Q5: Is 4G Huawei Mi-Fi eligible in the Trade-In?
      A5: Eligible devices in the trade-in are 4G Huawei routers and 5G Huawei Routers and Mi-Fi as specified in the model table
