“Zain KSA” launches its new application for iPhone and Android devices.
“Zain KSA” launched its new free smartphones application, which enables subscribers to access their accounts, request services, and know about the company’s latest offers without having to contact the customer care staff.
The company said that the application provides its subscribers access to their registered personal information, in addition to information on the available packages and offers, and the ability to inquire about the balance or bill for all prepaid or postpaid services subscribers, along with details about their calls and data usage.
The application also enables users to switch between packages and to subscribe or unsubscribe to any of the services provided by the company, while users can also recharge or change the credit limit of their lines, and report any network defect anywhere in the Kingdom.
Users can use the application to listen to the available ringtones in (Sam3hom) service to use it or sent it as a gift to any other subscriber.
The company noted that subscribers can download the application for free on their iPhone and android devices via App Store (My Zain SA) or Play Store (Zain SA), or by visiting http://mobapp.sa.zain.com/selfcare/download.do .
The application will soon be available for Blackberry and iPad users as well.
