Zain KSA, the leading digital services provider, announced its financial results
for the first half of 2026, reporting revenue of SAR 5.3 billion and net profit of
SAR 402 million, compared to SAR 220 million in the same period of 2025.
Excluding non-recurring gains, net profit grew by 8% compared to the same
period last year, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and
amortization (EBITDA) amounted to SAR 1.7 billion.
This performance reflects continued momentum in Zain KSA’s sustainable
growth strategy, driven by a more diversified revenue base, the continued
expansion of digital services and enterprise solutions, greater operating cost
efficiency, and improved revenue quality. These efforts are supporting stronger
returns on the company’s digital infrastructure investments.
Throughout the first half of 2026, Zain KSA continued to enhance its operational
efficiency and expand its digital ecosystem by investing in advanced
technologies and launching strategic initiatives. The company inaugurated its AI
Center of Excellence to leverage artificial intelligence applications to support
decision-making, improve network performance, enhance customer
experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Zain KSA also launched its AI-powered Smart Hajj platform for network
management and monitoring, enhancing digital services readiness across the
Holy Sites and improving operational efficiency during peak demand.
The company obtained a Tier 2 Managed Security Operations Center license,
reflecting its commitment to reinforcing digital trust and delivering advanced
cybersecurity services in line with the highest national standards.
Zain KSA signed several strategic partnerships, deepening its presence across
vital sectors. These included a memorandum of understanding with Dammam
Airports to develop digital solutions for improving operational efficiency and
