Yaqoot, the digital service by Zain KSA, has announced a strategic collaboration with Saudi fintech company Barq. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed at Money20/20 Middle East in Riyadh, aims to strengthen collaboration and explore opportunities to develop integrated digital initiatives and solutions that advance the customer experience and respond to evolving customer needs.
The MoU will leverage the capabilities and expertise of both parties and open new pathways for collaborating across connectivity, financial services, and digital technologies. Yaqoot and Barq aim to explore more connected and seamless customer-centric experiences that keep pace with rapidly evolving digital service usage patterns.
The partnership will explore opportunities to develop value-added digital initiatives through solutions that build on the strengths of Yaqoot and Barq and offer greater agility, convenience, and integration.
The MoU builds on Yaqoot’s approach to establish high-value partnerships and extend its digital experience beyond traditional connectivity services. This supports the development of more diverse, flexible experiences while enhancing Yaqoot’s ability to respond to customers’ needs and interactions with the digital world.
