Once again, Zain KSA ranks first in the Game Mode report issued by the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) for the first quarter of 2021, recording top connectivity performance in 4 of the most popular video games Fortnite, FIFA 21, APEX Legends, and Dota 2, and having the Kingdom\u2019s fastest average response time achieved by its 5G mobile network.
\nAccording to the report which compares the response time of the Kingdom\u2019s telecom service providers in the most popular video games, Zain KSA leads in Fortnite\u2019s response time with an ideal latency of 18 ms. Zain KSA similarly outperformed the competition in FIFA 21 with an ideal latency of 13 ms which is 41% better than the results of other service providers. Additionally, in the games APEX Legends and Dota 2, Zain KSA scored the best ideal latency of 13 ms and 20 ms respectively.
\nWith a record speed of 23 ms compared to the Kingdom\u2019s overall average of 26 ms, Zain KSA also ranked highest in the average response time of 5G mobile networks in the Kingdom. It further came first in its other mobile network technologies\u2019 average response time across 4 main areas: Riyadh, Jazan, Asir, and Al Madinah Al Munawwarah.
