Zain KSA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to train 50,000 Saudi men and women in the next 3 years. This cooperation is an integral part of the national campaign to stimulate training within the private sector \u201cWad\u201d. The MoU highlights Zain KSA’s strategy to be a key enabler of a knowledge-based society and a smart digital economy that supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to achieve nationwide digital transformation by diversifying the economy, developing human capabilities and enhancing the quality of life. <\/p>\n

Zain KSA has previously implemented many training and development initiatives through a number of training courses and programs in the ICT sector to develop human resources and unlock the full potential of society, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. To empower its workforce within its work environment, Zain KSA has launched WE initiative based on two core pillars to increase the percentage of female leaders in the company and achieve true gender diversity in the workplace, including across leadership positions. It has also launched Evolve, a program targeting fresh graduates, specifically designed to empower Saudi young women and men and bolster the Saudi telecommunications sector with national capabilities.
