The award was announced during the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC) held in Riyadh on December 13-14 by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD). Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, presented the award to Zain KSA CEO Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither.<\/p>\n
Commenting on this award, Zain KSA\u2019s CEO, Eng. He added, “We strategically placed localization at the core of our approach, rooted in our belief that the sector’s sustainability and progress will thrive alongside our national talent, our most valuable asset. We took proactive steps to nurture local talent by creating an exemplary work environment that resonates with their aspirations, offering equal opportunities for everyone\u2014our diverse programs and initiatives, including the Evolve program for recent graduates. Since 2017, we have spearheaded impactful initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, promoting equal opportunities and reducing inequalities based on gender, race, ability, or social status.\u201d<\/p>\n
Zain KSA has earned the HRSD Labor Award for ICT Talent Localization for the second year. The award is part of HRSD’s ongoing initiatives to raise localization across enterprises.
