The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration to empower deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, advance their digital inclusion, and improve their quality of life and societal participation.<br><br>The agreement reflects the shared commitment of both parties to supporting individuals with hearing impairment, raising public awareness on effective engagement with the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, and addressing common misconceptions. Areas of collaboration extend to observing international days, awareness campaigns, and educational initiatives.<br><br>The partnership aims to provide Zain KSA employees with sign language training, helping enhance the experience of customers and employees with hearing impairment. It will also support efforts to make Zain KSA\u2019s audiovisual content more accessible.<br><br>Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Zain KSA, Loluwah AlNowaiser, commented on the MoU: \u201cWe view digital inclusion as a fundamental enabler that allows every individual to contribute and thrive. People with hearing impairment have exceptional talents and capabilities, and it is our responsibility to harness digital technologies to unlock their potential. By improving access to services and opportunities, we can create positive outcomes not only for individuals, but for society as a whole.\u201d<br><br>Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Association for Hearing Impairment, Mohammed Alajmi, said: \u201cWe are proud to partner with Zain KSA through this MoU, which reflects their advanced understanding of the importance of promoting the inclusion of individuals with hearing impairment across all aspects of life.
