Ookla has announced on the renowned Speedtest website that Zain KSA won the Kingdom’s “fastest fixed Network” award for the first half of 2020.

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية و التنمية الاجتماعية عن فوز "زين السعودية" بـ"جائزة العمل" للتوطين على مستوى قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، نظير إنجازاتها في مجال توطين الوظائف في قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات واعترافاً بإسهاماتها في تمكين شابات وشباب الوطن.

حصلت "زين السعودية" على شهادة الآيزو ISO 27001: 2013 (ISMS) لقسم الأمن السيبراني التابع لها، ما يؤكد قدرتها على الحفاظ على نظام إدارة أمن المعلومات وتحسينه باستمرار، جنبًا إلى جنب مع متطلبات تقييم ومعالجة مخاطر أمن المعلومات.

The globally acclaimed umlaut report, specialized in measuring the performance of global networks, recognized the efforts of Zain KSA in leading the development of the wireless network in all parts of the Saudi capital, Riyadh. Zain was distinguished from the rest of the telecom and internet service providers in the 5G network, in addition to the advanced technologies and strong digital performance of the company. It was recognized as the best 5G Riyadh and the fastest in downloading and uploading files.

Zain KSA is once again recognized by the Telecom Review Leaders' Summit, during the summit’s 15th edition held in Dubai on December 8th 2021. Zain KSA won the “Best 5G User Growth” award, cementing its position in building 5G networks, deepening innovative experiences, and developing 5G use cases and deploying them across the Kingdom.

Ookla®, the global leader in internet testing and analysis, announced that Zain KSA won the Speedtest Award™ as Fastest Fixed Internet in Saudi Arabia for the first half of 2021, retaining the title for the third time in a row*. The achievement is added to several other accolades Zain KSA has accumulated over the recent years, since its rollout of the region’s largest 5G network.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced that Zain KSA has won the "HRSD Labor Award" for job localization in the Information and Communications Technology sector, which was earned through Zain’s contributions to empower Saudi youth.

Telecom Review announced that Zain KSA’s digital service Yaqoot has won the “Most Innovative Product Service” award during the 15th Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit. The award confirms Zain KSA’s success in adopting and deploying its ambitious growth strategy that enabled it to lead digital innovation in the market and deliver innovative products and services.

Zain KSA has obtained the “City Service Providers” business classification certificate provided by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MOMRAH), qualifying it to enter government tenders and smart city development projects across the Kingdom. This further promotes the Company’s role in enhancing the Kingdom’s attractiveness to local and foreign investment and raising the quality of digital services provided in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The Local Content and Government Procurement Authority has awarded Zain KSA the Local Content Certificate for its local content efforts in 2021. This recognizes Zain KSA's commitment to localizing the supply chain and raising its competitiveness as well as creating sustainable job opportunities while empowering the Saudi people in line with Vision 2030.
