Zain KSA, the leading provider of telecommunications and digital services, announced the signing of an agreement with the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) General Authority “Monsha’at” to collaborate on enabling SMEs in Saudi Arabia to grow and thrive through the Jadeer platform.
Monsha’at’s innovative e-service, Jadeer, is designed to empower SMEs through a prequalification process that helps them demonstrate their capabilities to public- and private-sector entities. This enables them to access more procurement opportunities as potential suppliers and service providers.
The partnership reflects Zain KSA’s strategic commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, particularly through contributing to national economic diversification, increasing local content, empowering the SME sector, and opening new avenues for sustainable growth and innovation in Saudi Arabia. It also underscores Zain KSA’s role as a key partner in the Kingdom’s national development and digital transformation journey toward a smart and inclusive knowledge economy.
Under the agreement, Zain KSA will leverage Jadeer’s database to access a diverse pool of qualified SMEs across various sectors and invite them to apply to its procurement and supply opportunities. This is part of Zain KSA’s continued commitment to supporting the local economy, strengthening the business ecosystem, and creating meaningful opportunities for this vital sector.
The initiative builds on Zain KSA’s ongoing efforts to advance the national economy and foster an innovative business environment that helps build a sustainable future for entrepreneurship and technology in the Kingdom. The company recently launched Zain Great Idea 2025, a tech startup accelerator program that aims to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and enable national ventures to compete both regionally and globally.
